Who We Are
The Donkey Shop is a social enterprise established to raise funds to support the work of Snowdonia Donkeys.
Supported Projects
Snowdonia Donkeys looks after 18 donkeys and support many more in the local community. Donkeys under their care have come from different backgrounds, but all now enjoy an active life with other donkeys in the beautiful Welsh countryside.

Wellbeing
Through grant aided projects and fundraising, Snowdonia Donkeys provides many opportunities for people to improve their wellbeing by spending time with donkeys.
Welfare
Snowdonia Donkeys provides training courses and demonstrations to support local donkey owners provide the best care for their donkeys.
Wildlife Conservation
Snowdonia Donkeys have been awarded grants such as the Nature Network Grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund. This is to help manage the biodiversity of the land where the donkeys graze.
Volunteering
From fundraising to mucking out stables, volunteers are essential to the work of Snowdonia Donkeys. Current volunteering opportunities are advertised on the Volunteering Wales website.

The ‘Sponsor a Donkey’ scheme is an ideal way to support the work of Snowdonia Donkeys. Photographs, updates and exclusive open days- it makes an ideal gift for any donkey enthusiast.
