- Donkey walks are for guests aged 8 and over (up to 4 guests per walk).

- Moderate activity level, beginner skill level.

- Before we set off, we run through our safety procedures for walking with the donkeys.

- Waterproof clothing and strong shoes or boots.

Cancelling or changing your booking
- 7 or more days before your session: full refund, or a free move to another date.
- 2 to 7 days before: 50% refund, or a full refund if we fill your place.
- Less than 48 hours before, or if you don't turn up: no refund, unless we fill your place.
- Moving your date: any time up to 24 hours before, if we can fill your place.
- If we cancel (low numbers, weather or donkey welfare): full refund or a free move to another date.
- Gift vouchers can be moved to another date but aren't refundable for cash.
Gift vouchers cover their face value against a booking; any balance is paid when you book.
